    The pamphlets are in good condition. They are more than 40 years old so the pages maybe yellowing on the edges, but the paper stock is good quality. This and many other electronic hobbyist books/catalogs/pamphlets I have for sale were purchased through an estate auction for an Electronics Store that had been shuttered since the early 1980's.
