    Description

    Antique apothecary pharmacy quack medicine advertising wood bottle, called Cook's Pills Laxative & Cathartic, very early wood turned bottle with advertising label.  Made by Eli Lilly & Co Pharmaceutical Chemists, Indianpolis.  This is new old stock and has never been opened.  It also has a dated revenue stamp of 1898 on the outside.  The outer wrap remains but is fragile on one side and the other side is missing.  Inside label is identical to the outside wrap. Seal is still unbroken on the inside.   This bottle measures 2.25 inches tall x 1 inch diameter.  Not for use.  For collectors / display only.  Estate find.
