Spending most of its life keeping the flame hot powering the turbine this piece is now ready to be re-purposed into a furniture statement piece.
This Pratt & Whitney Jet Engine Burner Can, on the right in the first 3 pictures, stands right at 18 inches tall with a diameter of almost 7 inches. It is made of very rare and valuable metals so it could withstand the heat of burning jet fuel. We have included pictures of the last table lamp we made out of this exact burner for inspiration, last two pictures. Polish it up and make it shine or leave it looking like it was just removed from service, it was.
