This is a Harlequin Ball Pitcher with rings on the outside bottom made by The Homer Laughlin China Company who also makes Fiesta ® Dinnerware, Fiestaware.
This is a Vintage Pitcher that is Mauve Blue colored.  The Harlequin line of pottery was sold in F W Woolworth stores. It measures about 8 1/2 inches from spout to handle, 6 1/2 inches diameter, and about 7 3/4 inches tall.
There are no chips, cracks, or repairs but most vintage china has minor blemishes such as dust under the glaze, color shading, or a glaze miss. This has a very shiny surface showing little if any wear on it. There is a flea bite on the side.  Please look at the photos.
