Homer Laughlin Imperial Blue Dresden Platter. This platter is in very good condition with 2 tiny chips. image # 5 is a chip on the underneath  and image 6 is on top and 7 shows where the chip is on top. But only 2 tiny chips. measures 13” long x 9-3/4” wide.
