These dimensions are my eyeball on a tape measure (not a micrometer).

Appearance of case or lot:
Good -  Normal Gouges, Markings, Dust, Dirt, Stickers and Sticker Residue.
Will Clean up nice with the right cleaners.
Damage:
Both wheels are worn and have flat spots.
They still roll but they thump thump thump along. Handles Scratched on bottom end.
Has cuts / alterations to the tool trays. Has a screw in the side case (see circle in hasp picture)
Some holes from aftermarket Hasp's intalled removed reinstalled

The eBay calculator is often wrong. Happy to place smaller cases that fit in larger ones for free shipping.
All Large items are charged for dimensional shipping weight by UPS (and FedEx)

Packages over 130” length + girth have a large package surcharged of 5 commercial 5 residential
UPS will take packages up to 165” length + girth, the eBay calculator does not work over 140”
Large Transit shipping cases are sometimes shipped unpackaged with just a shipping tag.
Buyers may pick up their purchases:
(located in West Bridgewater Mass) No charge, No problem. We just need to figure a mutually convenient time. Payment in Csh at pick up is requested as no tracking is available.
Buyers may arrange their own shipping:
just send me the shipping documents to print, But must be a carrier with electronic tracking suitable to Pay Pal seller protection.
