    Purchase orders and conclusion of the contract
    Purchase orders for antiques and collectibles items (hereafter, .Articles.) offered for sale on the site must be completed by filling out the appropriate order form that the Seller makes available on his Site. Orders are considered, for legal purposes, as a contractual purchase proposal. The order form contains information on the essential characteristics of the product ordered and there is detailed indication (i) of the price, (ii) of the payment methods that the Customer can use to purchase each Item, (iii) methods of delivery of the purchased products, (iv) delivery and delivery costs and (v) of the withdrawal.
    If the Articles presented on the Site are no longer available or on sale at the time the order form is sent, it is the Seller's responsibility to communicate to the Customer within 30 days starting from the day following that in which the Customer has transmitted the order. In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already anticipated. The conclusion of the contract of sale on the Site takes place when the Customer receives via e-mail communication from the Seller of the acceptance of the order. Upon conclusion of the contract, the Seller will send the Customer, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form. Within 5 days from the conclusion of the contract, the Customer must provide for the payment of the price, as expressly indicated in par. 4.
    Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
    With the transmission of the order form, the Customer accepts unconditionally and undertakes to observe, in relations with the Seller, the General Conditions of Sale. By submitting the order form, the Customer confirms that he is aware of and accepts the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on the Website, including those relating to privacy and the processing of personal data.
    Terms of payment
    The price can be paid according to the following methods: a) (credit card); b) (paypal);
    Billing mode
    The sale will be accompanied by a regular receipt, the sales price is inclusive of VAT "margin scheme" art.36 D.L.41 / 1995 with modif.L.85 / 1995. The invoice must be requested at the same time as the purchase by sending all the tax information necessary for the issue.
    Right of withdrawal and return methods
    The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with the Seller within 10 working days of delivery of the Article, without any penalty and / or need to give any reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the Article, by registered letter A.R. (to the following address: Andrea's Antiquities, Via Borgo Dora, 31 - 10152 Turin), a communication expressly declaring that he wants to withdraw from the contract of sale and wants to proceed with the return of what was purchased. The communication can be sent by e-mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter A.R. in the next 48 hours. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer must provide - in his own care and expenses - the return to the Seller of the Goods purchased, sending it to the Seller within 5 days from the exercise date of the right of withdrawal. The sending must be made to the Seller's address as specified above for all types of goods.
    In order to make the return, the Items purchased must arrive intact at the above address, properly packaged and provided with regular delivery notes. Consequently, items damaged and / or without the relevant delivery notes will not be accepted as returned. The transport costs, related to the return, are however charged to the customer. Shipments to be paid by the recipient will not be accepted. It is not possible to change the Article or Order Items with others. Returns will not be accepted for returns made in ways other than those indicated above, which are the only ones authorized. Once the returned item has reached its destination, the Seller checks the legitimacy of the return and, after checking the correctness of the operations, will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail. The sums paid will be credited back to the system with which the payment was made. The re-crediting usually takes place within 5 days.
    Guarantees and indication of the prices of the Articles
    The essential characteristics of the Articles are presented on the Website, in a specific product sheet. The images and colors of the items offered for sale on the Site may, however, not correspond to the real ones, due to the Internet browser and the monitor used. All dimensions shown are approximate. Given the nature and the period of realization, the Items offered for sale, the same may show signs of wear, damage, restorations, repairs and other imperfections. In the description of the Articles, with the following expressions they are meant as wear of the time. The references about the status of the Articles contained in the descriptions can not therefore be considered exhaustive; written reports on the status of the Articles are available for payment to the Customer. Any indication of the characteristics and status of an Item is given in good faith and with due diligence. The Seller recommends that customers always view each item in person and, with particular reference to items of significant value, to request a special report from their trusted restorer before submitting the purchase offer. The sales prices of the products indicated on the site are expressed in Euro and include VAT. The Customer is responsible for any additional costs due to taxes or fees provided by the legislation in force in the country of destination of the goods. The Seller expressly reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the Website. In any case, the prices and the prices in force at the time of their formulation are applied to the proposals made.
