Up for bid is a wonderful Victorian trade card for Hiram Sibley & Co., Seedsman of Rochester, NY. Featured is a colorful lithographic illustration of beautiful pansies with a view of a body of water in the background. When you supersize image 1 you will see the artist's careful attention to detail. The artistry's great and the colors are still vivid. Supersize image 2 and you will see that the back of the card has an illustration of the "Lansing Float Harrow. This card measures 3 1/4" X 4 3/4" in size and was found among a large collection of Victorian trade cards. Victorian trade cards like this one are getting harder and harder to find--don't let it get away!

CONDITION
:
Expected light soiling with slight corner blunting.  A bit of surface and edge wear. No stains or rips. 3/4" creases in the middle at the top and bottom edges have been reinforced with transparent tape on the back. Clear image with vivid colors. This 120+ year old paper antique presents nicely.
