    Never opened and in very good condition for its age and materials. Some staining on outer wrapper but text is legible when held. Kellogg operated his infamous Battle Creek Sanitarium from 1866 to 1943, keeping those who entered on strict diet and exercise regimens. His beliefs, though passionate, were both harmful and false and resulted in the abuse and mistreatment of the people who came to him for healing. Great collectible piece for anyone with an interest in medicine or medical history.
