Someone dared to use it as a pen holder but only put one pen it and it left a mark, so  that you,  as the new owner can have the opportunity to work on having it  removed & Oh Yes, we all saw the cheaper ones listed too.. but if you zoom in to the pics, well.. it looks like they were all dragged on the road...
