VINTAGE TEAPOT
Large and striking vintage pottery pedestal teapot measuring 8" tall and 10" from handle edge to spout tip. Featuring a pink/red transferware image of a Pony Express rider, teapot was made by Homer Laughlin as part of the Historical America line.
Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage - there are a few clear crazing lines to the glaze, a bit of speckling on the spout tip from production in how the color was applied, and a tiny flaw on the pedestal foot underneath the handle - none of this detracts. Just a large and lovely old teapot with a wonderful Western theme and great pinky red transfer decoration - fun addition to any home, table, collection or display!
