VTG HOMER LAUGHLIN 4~9" PLATES 'RAVENNA' EMBOSSED RIMS FLORAL C~2~N 1931 USA

Description

This listing is for 4 ~ 9" Luncheon Plates (there was also a larger dinner plate) by Homer Laughlin in the 'Ravenna' shape ~ and in a pink & lavender floral bouquet set off center on ivory, with heavily embossed floral rims & narrow fluted verges.  They were manufactured in West Virginia in approximately 1931.  They are in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks, stains, discoloration, repairs; and with some minimal crazing; no utensil marks founds but a couple of 'flea bites' noted.  Painted design is near excellent with just a few specks of paint missing.  They have full signage on their bottoms including C~2~N.  This is a wonderful set of Homer Laughlin in a very rare shape & pattern ~ they have aged very well.
